Join the St. Thomas Stars Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 6:30pm in the Stars dressing room.
To join this meeting, you have to be 18 years or older and pay a membership fee of $20.
Being apart of the membership, you will have the opportunity to run for a position on the board of directors. The board commitment is a 1-2 hour meeting monthly, support with game days, special events, and fundraising.
If you are apart of the membership but not on the board of directors, you still have the opportunity to attend board meeting, if you’d like. The membership has some voting rights including to decide who is apart of the board.
If you would like to be apart of the membership but are not able to attend the AGM on June 24, please note the following:
• Proxy sheet have to be filled out and given to a member to vote on your behalf
• Advance nomination sheets are available
• If a member wants to run for a position on the Board and can not attend a Letter of Intent must be submitted.
