Fundraising Opportunity with the St. Thomas Stars Hockey Club
Calling All Schools, Community Groups, and Nonprofits!
The St. Thomas Stars Hockey Club is excited to offer a unique fundraising opportunity for local schools, community groups, and nonprofit organization. Bring your group to one of our games in the 2024/2025 season and raise funds for your cause!
How It Works
- Discounted Tickets for Your Group: You have the opportunity to sell tickets to friends and family at a discounted rate. A portion of the ticket sales will be donated back to your school, community group or nonprofit. There is no minimum group size. Tickets will be given to the group organizer in advance. The group organizer is responsible for promotion, ticket sales, and ticket distribution in advance of game day. A minimum of 1 hour before game time, the organizer needs to return all unsold tickets and a cheque or cash for the sold tickets. If an invoice is required prior to receiving a cheque, arrangements can be made.
- Perform the National Anthem: In addition to watching the game, your group can have the honour of singing the national anthem before the game. Singers need to arrive 30 minutes before game time for preparation. You will have the option to sing acapella or with a background audio track, this needs to be confirmed 1 week in advance.
- Free Admission for Anthem Singers: All anthem singers will receive free admission to the game; any parents, family, friends will need to purchase a ticket to watch the anthem performance and enjoy the game after.

- Name of the school, community group, or nonprofit
- Contact person’s name and phone number
- Description of your community organization or nonprofit (no description needed for schools)
- Preferred game date(s). Game days can be found here.
Space is limited for anthem singers however we can accommodate multiple groups per game.
